Taylored Management was founded on the belief that successful careers are built through vision, relationships, and a willingness to invest in people before the rest of the industry catches up. Together, Josh and Taylor Abbott bring more than two decades of experience spanning artist management, touring, booking, production, marketing, brand partnerships, business strategy, and nonprofit leadership.

For more than 18 years, Josh Abbott has built and led the Josh Abbott Band as both its frontman and business leader, helping shape one of the most successful independent careers in Texas Country music. Beyond performing, Josh has been deeply involved in the business behind the band—overseeing booking, touring, production, and long-term strategy while navigating an ever-changing industry. Throughout his career, he's earned a reputation for recognizing talent before others do, whether that's musicians, songwriters, or emerging artists with the drive and potential to build something lasting.

Taylor Abbott brings a complementary background in operations, strategic growth, brand development, and a detail-oriented approach to building and managing both creative and business initiatives. In 2020, she stepped into the role of Executive Director of JAB Cares, the nonprofit organization founded by the Josh Abbott Band. Since then, she has helped grow the organization into a powerful force for good, leading efforts that have raised more than $3 million through benefit concerts, fundraising galas, golf tournaments, corporate partnerships, and community initiatives. Her experience building meaningful relationships, creating impactful events, managing complex projects, and bringing people together around a shared mission has shaped a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to artist management.

Together, Josh and Taylor combine real-world industry experience with a personalized, hands-on approach to management and artist development. Whether supporting established artists with the strategy, infrastructure, and trusted team needed to elevate the next chapter of their careers, or helping emerging talent build a strong foundation from the ground up, Taylored Management is committed to creating careers that are as unique as the artists behind them.
